Deposit Only

Your reservation secures your spot with a deposit.

The remaining balance of $1,000 MXN per guest is due in cash at the pier on the day of your cruise.

Cancellation & Booking Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If your plans change, contact us at TamalesTours@gmail.com at least 10 days before your cruise and we'll issue a credit for your deposit toward a future Tamale's Tours cruise.
• With advance notice, your deposit may also be transferred to another guest.
• If Tamale's Tours cancels your cruise, you will receive a full refund.
• Guests who miss the scheduled departure or arrive after the yacht has departed are not eligible for a refund or future credit.
