Refund Policy

If your trip is cancelled by us for any reason you will receive a full refund.  If you miss the departure, we can not offer a refund.  

We understand that Covid-19 has created challenges when it comes to travel.  If, circumstances require that you change your travel plans, contact us directly at TamalesTours@gmail.com at least 10 days prior to your reservation date and we will issue you a credit for your deposit to be used on a future cruise.  If you  wish to transfer your deposit to another person or otherwise have questions, you should contact us at TamlesTours@gmail.com and we will review your individual situation.
