FAQ's
What time do we meet and where?
Please arrive at Los Muertos Pier, near the end by the sail sculpture, by 9:30am and check in with Sugarbaker, Jaime, or Dirk, who will give you a wristband.
What should I bring with me on the yacht?
The only thing you will need to bring with you is the balance due per passenger ($1000MX, if applicable), cash to tip the crew (typically $300-500 pesos), swimwear, and a kaftan if you so choose! The yacht provides everything else including towels, sunscreen, water toys, snorkel gear, and all food and drinks.
How long is the cruise?
We meet at the pier at 9:30am. Board the yacht around 10:00am. We will arrive back at the pier by 5:00pm
What activities will be provided on the yacht?
The yacht comes with all of the water toys you could need. Paddle boards, Kayaks, snorkel gear and masks, a giant lily pad, and a dinghy to go tubing. We head down the coast south to Colimilla, where we bring a bar to the beach (ocean permitting), and have some great water time. We will also anchor just off the beach after lunch, for a few hours of ocean recreation where you can choose to say on board, or go to shore and play on the beach. Dec-March are great months for whale watching too!
What happens if it rains?
The weather in Puerto Vallarta in the winter and spring months tends to be sunny and warm with little rain. Having said that, occasional showers do happen. This does not interfere with the fun to be had on the bay so don't let that worry you. If we need to cancel the cruise due to high seas or severe storms, we will issue a full refund.
